Nothing Stays the Same

"For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven" – Ecclesiastes 3:1

One of the most important truths to understand about life is that nothing is permanent. Seasons change, circumstances shift, and what feels certain today may look completely different tomorrow. This can be both comforting and challenging. Comforting because if you are in a difficult season, it will not last forever. Challenging because if you are in a season you love, you cannot hold on to it forever. God designed life to move in seasons, and each one has a purpose.

Where you are right now is not where you will always be. That is why it is so important to embrace your current season and give your best to it. Do not waste time wishing it away or holding back your effort because you are waiting for what is next. God has you where you are for a reason, and your faithfulness in this season matters more than you think. If you are in a place of abundance, thank Him for it and use what you have to make an impact. If you are in a place of struggle, lean into Him for strength and let Him shape you through it.

At the same time, do not get too comfortable. God is always working, and He has more in store for you than what you see right now. Just because your current season has been good does not mean it is the final destination. Sometimes we settle in because we like the familiarity, but God calls us forward into new territory so He can grow us and use us in greater ways. Every step is preparation for the next.

Be present in today, give your best where your feet are, and hold your season with open hands. Celebrate the blessings, learn from the challenges, and trust that God is moving you toward His greater plan. When the time comes for Him to move you, you will be ready, not because you rushed to the next thing, but because you were faithful with where He placed you today.

With the change in format with the daily messages when you have to click on Read More, the black background and small white letters are too difficult to read on my iPhone. Is it possible to change that??

Now is the time of seeking. I turn to God daily for strength and direction. For His spirit to make my path straight. I guess right now I am happy because I have been watching Him reveal His presence. I am not always able to see it so clearly so it’s very comforting. I am grateful. Thank you Pastor Ed!

I love your …Could you please include the entire message in the first email instead of having us click on a link to go read more? It’s just not the same ease and I prefer reading it writing in the email rather than having to go to another website.
