God Didn’t Make a Mistake
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations." - Jeremiah 1:5
Your life is not random. You are not just a product of circumstances, genetics, or chance. Long before you took your first breath, before anyone even knew you were coming, God knew. He formed you with intention, designed you with purpose, and spoke over your life before the world even had a glimpse of you.
You were not an accident. You were not a mistake. You were not just a thought in the minds of two people. You were a thought in the heart of God. Before there was a pregnancy test to confirm your existence, God had already confirmed your value. He predetermined your steps, organized your way, and set things in motion for your life. The only question is: Will you receive it?
The enemy works hard to convince you that you’re not enough. Maybe you’ve had an inner dialogue that says, I don’t do enough. I’m not good enough. I don’t have enough. Those thoughts are not from God. His Word speaks a different reality over you: You are enough because He made you. You are enough because you are His child. You are enough because He has called you.
This isn’t arrogance, it’s God-confidence. Confidence in the fact that your Creator didn’t make a mistake when He formed you. Confidence that you were created with a purpose, not just to exist but to live out something meaningful. Confidence that no insecurity, fear, or lie of the enemy can erase what God has spoken over you.
So today, tear down the voices that tell you otherwise. Replace the self-doubt with the truth of God’s Word. Let go of the need to prove yourself and step fully into who He created you to be. He didn’t hesitate when He made you, and He doesn’t hesitate in calling you His own. You are enough. Not because of what you’ve done, but because of who He is. Walk in that truth today.
