Eternal Contentment
"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” - Revelation 21:4
As we conclude this month-long journey toward contentment, it is important to remember that perfect contentment awaits us in eternity. While we can experience genuine satisfaction in this life, our hearts will not be completely at rest until we are home with Jesus. This hope gives us perspective on our present struggles and motivation to pursue contentment now.
The contentment we experience in this life is a foretaste of the perfect satisfaction we will know in heaven.
