The Blue Check

When you are searching for a famous person’s profile on social media, there is something specific you are looking for. There is something that sets them apart and lets you know that is their official account. Whether it is Instagram, Twitter, or TikTok, there is a symbol that allows you to quickly recognize the validity of their account: a blue check.

The blue check is something that is coveted by everyone on social media. It is a sign that validates your profile. It is a status symbol. It can even be bought now on Twitter, as many are trying to purchase their validity.  

But why does one need the blue check in the first place? It started because people would make fake accounts under the same name as celebrities. They would impersonate LeBron James, Kim Kardashian, or Drake.  

To differentiate these accounts and show people the account is officially owned and operated by the celebrity, they would receive a blue check.  

There are a lot of impersonators out there. There are a lot of people selling false information and trying to portray someone as something they are not. This happens all the time with Jesus. Even Jesus has impersonators.
 
In the end times, an “anti-Christ” will come in an attempt to impersonate Jesus. Many will even believe him. 2 Thessalonians 2:9 warns us of this when it says, “The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders.”

There are a lot of people who want to say things on Jesus’ behalf. They impersonate and give false messages and false meanings behind what the Bible actually says.
 
But did you know that you have access to the blue check Jesus? That is right, the validated Jesus Christ, the one who actually died on the cross, and the one whose Father inspired every word of the Bible, you have access to Him.
