It Is Never Too Late
“They called out in a loud voice, ‘How long Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?’ Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters, were killed just as they had been.”
- Revelation 5:10-11
- Revelation 5:10-11
It is NEVER too late for you to find Jesus. Maybe you are already a believer and know Christ, but maybe you don’t. Maybe you are reading this because you are still trying to figure out what God is all about. You want to know more about God and about the end times, as Revelation depicts.
Whatever the case may be, you haven’t run out of time. The famous rapper Drake came out with a commercial mixtape that read “If you’re reading this, it’s too late.” The logo has come out on all kind of merchandise; shirts, hoodies, you name it. But I want to tell you today, as you read this devotion, if you are reading this, it is NEVER too late.
It doesn’t matter if you are still trying to figure out the whole Jesus thing, or if you have been a believer for a long time but have strayed off the path. Regardless of your circumstances, if you are living and breathing, God still has a plan for your life. He is willing and ready to redeem you and make your story one to remember.
Yesterday, we spoke about broadcasting Jesus. One of Jesus’ favorite things to do is to take someone who is broken and make them whole again — to create a redemption story in your life. My friend, there will be people on earth after all the Christians in the world have been taken to Heaven who will seek Jesus and give their lives to Him. And if they reject the mark of the beast, He will take them in.
It won’t be too late for them. And if it is not too late for them, then it is not too late for you now. No matter where you are or what you have done, turn to Jesus and give Him your life. He is ready to help you begin writing your redemption story!
