God’s Plan
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” - Jeremiah 29:11
If you follow along with us daily, you know we spend a lot of time discussing our purpose. God created each of us for a specific purpose, and our job is to A) figure out what that purpose is and then B) put it into action.
As we grow closer to God in our faith, He reveals His purpose for our lives. But He doesn’t just reveal His purpose. He reveals His PLAN. A purpose is like a big goal. You might have big goals of your own.
You want to become the CEO of your company one day. You want to be the first millionaire in your family. You want to be married by 25. You want to be able to buy a beach house. Whatever it might be, most ambitious people have big goals.
And God has big goals for us. He has an overarching purpose for our lives. But it’s not enough to just have a purpose. Just like it’s not enough to have big goals. Once you know where you want to go, you have to have a PLAN.
Once God reveals His purpose for your life, the next step is learning His plan. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
What God wants is for you to submit to His purpose, and then follow His plan. It’s not enough just to become what He wants you to become. He also wants you to do it His way because His way is the best way.
Seek God to learn what His plan is for your life. God’s purpose and plan are how you find real fulfillment and live out your destiny.

Thank You for explaining this verse with a basic understand. Not everyone understands this message and we need to focus and put this in are lives everyday whether we are believers or becoming believers in Christ.
Thank you ever-so-giving lord! Never in my lifetime did I think that I would be doing this your way! I say that timely, too.
