He Knows Best
“Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and how inscrutable His ways!” - Romans 11:33
Even when you don’t understand what He is doing, God still knows best. Yesterday, we talked about when life seems to fall apart – when someone you love walks out, when you lose a job or your family moves, when your dreams seem like they aren’t going to be realized or you aren’t going to obtain all that you have wanted.
What happens then? We have spent the previous days talking about God’s purpose and plan for our lives. Everything that happens is part of that plan. It doesn’t mean that God orchestrated every bad thing, He may have just simply allowed it.
But either way, it is there. It happened. And now you have to take the next step. So you can decide to be angry and bitter at God. You can continue to question everything and just seemingly give up on life. Do you see where that will lead you?
Or you can trust that God is still in control. But not only is He still in control, He knows BEST. God knows what is best for you. He knows what is best for your life. He knows what is best in order to accomplish your purpose and plan for Him.
Romans 11:33 confirms this when it says, “Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and how inscrutable His ways!”
You can wonder and question why God allowed something to happen. But that won’t change things. After you have taken the time to heal and move on from what has happened in your life, don’t give up on trusting God.
He still knows best. Ask Him how this circumstance you’re facing fits into His purpose and plan for your life. Let Him lead you to the next step of your purpose. And never forget no matter how much you question Him, GOD ALWAYS KNOWS BEST.
