Fighting For You

“Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to wage war against the rider on the horse and his army. But the beast was captured, and with it the false prophet who had performed the signs on its behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.” (Revelation 19:19-20)

There is a natural battleground in Megiddo, right outside of Tel Aviv. This is where the Battle of Armageddon will take place. Jesus will come to the earth, boots on the ground to battle Satan, the anti-Christ, and the demons of hell. But before the battle begins, God summons all the vultures.

What is interesting is that vultures don’t show up unless what? Something dies. So how amazing is this? God has the vultures circling up, because the battle has already been won. This is not only true in the Battle of Armageddon but in my life and your life as well. Not later... NOW! God has already won the battle.

He has won your battle against addiction. The tragedy that has just happened that you don’t know how you are going to get through? He has already won. The job you lost and are waiting for what is next — He already has it all figured out. God always wins, and it is a forgone conclusion that if you are obedient to Him, you have already won, too.

It might not have happened physically yet. You might still be waiting for Him to reveal the blessing. You might not even know how He is going to do it yet. But you can book it. He will do it. You can walk today in a spirit of victory because the battle you are fighting, God has already won for you.

And the best part? You don’t have to make it happen for yourself. God will do it. He just wants you to be patient and watch Him work. God loves to do these things on His own to show you that it is all Him. He doesn’t need your assistance. He needs your faith. He needs you to believe that He will give you the victory you are waiting for. You walk in victory today because you serve a God who has already won on your behalf!

Am I missing the end of today's message? Is it to be continued?

Thank you Jesus!

This spoke to me today as we are needing prayer to close on a new home.

But it ended in the middle of a word.

“God who has already won on y”

Is there more?

Not 100%. But possibly “on your behalf”
