God's Steadfast Presence in Every Step
Psalm 37:24 (NIV) - "though they stumble, they will not fall, for the LORD upholds them with his hand."
There are times in life when we feel like we can't go on, when the weight of challenges and trials threatens to knock us down. Yet, even in those moments, we can find strength and encouragement in knowing that we will never fall because God has us every step of the way. His steadfast presence upholds us, allowing us to stand firm.
In Psalm 37:24, we read, "though they stumble, they will not fall, for the LORD upholds them with his hand." This verse reminds us that stumbling is a part of our journey, but falling into defeat is not our destiny. God, in His infinite love and faithfulness, upholds us with His strong and steady hand.
When we feel weak, overwhelmed, or uncertain, we can lean on God's unwavering presence. He is our anchor, our source of strength, and our firm foundation. His hand guides us, protects us, and lifts us up when we stumble. We can trust that His grip is secure, and He will not let us fall.
Standing firm in the face of challenges doesn't mean we won't face difficulties or moments of doubt. It means we choose to anchor our faith in the unchanging character of God. It means we rely on His promises and trust in His guidance. It means we surrender our fears and weaknesses to Him, allowing Him to carry us through every storm.
No matter how steep the path or how fierce the opposition is, we have the assurance that God is with us. He walks beside us, strengthening our weary hearts, and enabling us to press on. He equips us with His Spirit, empowering us to overcome every obstacle that comes our way.
If you find yourself stumbling or facing challenges that seem insurmountable, take heart. Remember that you are not alone. God is with you, holding you up with His unfailing love and grace. Lean into His strength, trust in His faithfulness, and stand firm in the assurance that He will never let you fall.
Let His presence be your source of hope and courage. Find solace in knowing that even when you stumble, His hand is there to lift you up. With God by your side, you can stand firm and overcome every obstacle that comes your way. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will guide you safely through every step of your journey.

This went along with my morning devotional reading, our natural preference is to plan out the day, knowing what is going to happen & when. The Lord wants us to depend on Him, continually trusting Him & He will guide our path & strengthen us
